Who We Are
We are a grassroots team of locals. Made up of scientists, educators, & activists who worktowards a safe & sustainable tomorrow. Save Hamilton Open Space and North Crosswicks Friends of Open Space have joined forces with MCDL, The Mercer County Defense Leagueto fight for this land that is supposed to be protected by its designation as part of the RURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION ZONE. It's NOT just defenseless, undevelped farmland, waiting to be paved over. Pavement is forever. Green is for life. Please get involved.

For years, Save Hamilton Open Space & North Crosswicks Friends of Open Sapce have been working to protect our most vulnerable parcels of land from abuses that would diminish our health, safety and way of life, one at a time... Through advocacy, education, and action, we fight for a sustainable Hamilton for future generations! Please join us!
Mission
The decimation of Back Creek Farm would set a precedent and make all of Hamilton's "protected" land vulnerable to destruction. The mission of Save Hamilton is to preserve this 100 acre gem, an integral part of Hamilton's RURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION ZONE, which is being threatened by overdevelopment. Despite being part of the RRC, it is in danger of becoming home to WAREHOUSES! Tell your Council members that enough is enough!
